Introduction

1. These Terms & Conditions govern the sale and use of High-Frequency Trading (HFT) bots (hereinafter referred to as "the Bot") sold by Hftforchallenge (hereinafter referred to as "the Store") for the purpose of passing proprietary trading firm (prop firm) challenges
2. By purchasing and using the Bot, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions

1. Use of the Bot :

   1. The Bot is intended solely for use in proprietary trading firm challenges and competitions
   2. The Store does not guarantee any specific results or profits from using the Bot
   3. The Bot is sold for educational and training purposes only. It is not intended for use in live trading or investment activities

2. Purchase and Delivery :

   1. The purchase of the Bot grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Bot for the purpose stated in Section 2
   2. Upon purchase, you will receive access to download the Bot and any accompanying documentation.
   3. All sales of the Bot are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided

3. License Restrictions :

   1. You may not sublicense, sell, lease, rent, loan, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Bot or any portion thereof to any third party
   2. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the Bot.

4. Intellectual Property :

   1. The Bot and all accompanying materials are the intellectual property of the Store
   2. You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the Bot or its documentation

5. Limitation of Liability :

   1. The Store shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Bot
   2. In no event shall the total liability of the Store exceed the purchase price paid for the Bot

6. Indemnification :

   1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Store, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Bot

7. Governing Law :

   1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws , without regard to its conflict of law provisions

8. Modification and Severability :

   1. The Store reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
   2. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
